About the Band:

Face The Lie hails from all over Western Massachusetts. With their
mix of everything from melodic three-part harmonies to death-metal
screams, from catchy choruses to hardcore-influenced breakdowns, they
will capture your attention with their music and simultaneously blow
your mind, melt your face, and bring the party.

They just dropped a new single, "Too Far" which you can find on their
MySpace page: http://myspace.com/facethelie

The members' roots lie in several different bands. Greg Goff's
journey to Face the Lie is a long one, jumping from a cover band
featured on VH1's Cover Wars to Albany-based bands The Last Year and
Bullet in a Promise. Dana Graves and Brian Westbrook were founding
members of the Greenfield, MA pop-punk outfit Hydraulic Sandwich.
Shaver has played in a number of bands in Western Mass over the
years, including Sometime Next Week. With their passion for and
experience in writing and performing, Face The Lie is focused on
creating serious music while still having a good time with their
friends and fans.
