Schedule of Events for the 10th Annual Maple Festival
March 29 and 30, 2008

Saturday, March 29
7:30-10:30 - Pancake Breakfast by lions club at the Jacksonville Municipal Center
8:00-4:00 - Information Booth at Twin Valley Elementary / Middle School
8:00-5:00 - Sugar House Tours at eight local sugarhouses open to the public. Hours Vary. Self-guided auto tour maps available at the information booth.
9:00-4:00 - Craft Fair-Over 30 Vendors at Twin Valley School
10:00-5:00 - Local shops Open in villages of Jacksonville & Whitingham: antiques, crafts, pottery, winery, and much more!
10:00-3:00 - “Kids Corner” at Twin Valley Elementary/Middle School; continuous activities for children’s entertainment.
11-30-2:00 - Lunch by the Whitingham Ladies Benevolent Society at the school
1:00-3:30 - Maple Recipe Contest judging at the school
5:00-7:00 - Sugar on Snow Ham Dinner by Unity Lodge #89 at the Jacksonville Municipal Center.

Sunday, March 30
7:00-10:00 - Pancake Breakfast by Whitingham Rescue at the Municipal Center Jacksonville.
10:00-2:00 - Horse Drawn Sleigh Rides snow or no snow (Donations Welcome)
10:00-3:00 - Information Booth Twin Valley Elementary/Middle School
8:00-5:00 - Sugar House Tours at local sugarhouses open to the public. Hours vary. Self-guided auto tour maps available at the information booth.
10:00-3:00 - Craft Fair at the school Rte. 100 South
10:00-5:00 - Local shops Open in villages of Jacksonville and Whitingham.
11:30-2:00 - Lunch by 8th grade class at the school.
11:00-2:00 - “Kids Corner” at the school; continuous activities for children’s entertainment.

For craft fair information and or application contact: Marilyn Hicks 802-368-7391. Due to the overwhelming response to the craft fair, we are no longer able to accept any more crafters this year
(1-19-08).

*The Pancake Breakfast is 6.00 adults, $4.00 65+ years, children under five free
Sugar on Snow Supper $10.00 adults, children 5-12 $5.00, children under five free
The other meals at the craft fair are priced by item since organizations have a variety of lunch items.
