Welcome to Chimney Hill, southern Vermont's Four Season Resort Community. Chimney Hill is located just minutes from Mount Snow Ski Resort and Lake Whitingham. 

Chimney Hill is a unique community of fully furnished 3-5 bedroom private homes. Weekend, weekly, monthly, and seasonal rentals available. Each property is owner decorated. All Chimney Hill rental homes have at least 3 bedrooms and 1 bath with fully equipped kitchens, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cable/satellite television, VCR/DVD. Some houses have outside hot tubs and game rooms. We have 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes available. Some home have their own hot tubs and saunas. There is a Clubhouse with an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna, billiards, game room, movie room, bar, playgrounds, tennis and basketball courts and WiFi. There is also a fishing pond, ice skating rink, wilderness trails for cross country skiing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling with direct access to Vermont's VAST snowmobile trail system on the grounds.
