This elegant house is located atop a small hill on the Spruce Lake Estates, surrounding a private Lake with a sandy beach, gazebo, boat house and tennis courts. A spacious 3 level house, it has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can fit up to 3 small families or 8-12 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee maker and plenty of dishes, gadgets, pots, pans and utensils for any chef. There is also a game room with a ping pong table, foosball and board games for both kids and adults.

Enjoy breath taking views from our large deck overlooking the valley. In the summer take a short walk down to the lake and enjoy fishing, swimming, jumping off the lake platform on the premises of the Estate or go on the prowl to various local tourist attractions in the quaint Wilmington downtown. In the fall enjoy New England leaf peeping and many other local attractions listed in our guest book. In the winter hit the slopes at Mt. Snow just 15min or ice skate on the lake.
