WHAT: Dr. Bebop never fails to pack the house at his annual concert at the Vermont Jazz Center. Why is this?? It is a combination of community admiration and the promise of great music!! Brofsky’s soulful repertoire provides the perfect backdrop for his fellow musicians to demonstrate how their “own” thing fits into his bebop concept.
