Kelly Clark crowned TTR World Champion

One day after winning gold in the Roxy Superpipe contest, Olympic Gold medalist Kelly Clark(Mt.Snow,Vt), was crowned with the highest award in the snowboarding world - the coveted TTR World Tour Championship for 2009. This title is awarded to one male and one female each year how has out performed all others in the field of snowboarding. Along with the $50,000 prize money, the crown provides automatic exceptance to most all events in the following year. Kelly has dominated the world superpipe this year with eight 1st. place and six 2nd place finishes -- won the U.S.Grand Prix and Dew Tour series -- making her the most decorated female rider in the world and "Queen of the Halfpipe" --Transworld Snowboarding --U.S. Team--- Roxy----
