Toney Rocks at Wardsboro Town Hall

Wardsboro Curtain Call’s 2018 Music Series opens with Las Vegas singer/songwriter Toney Rocks on Saturday, May 19. Toney delivers an intimate concert featuring his soulful singing, supported by acoustic guitars, ukulele, and piano. In 2017, The Las Vegas Weekly named Toney one of 10 Las Vegas Artists to Watch. Kathy Forste, Music Director of KC Cafe Radio said, “Toney’s voice is cool and sweet, rocking and lyrical. His songs are thoughtful and hummable.” According to Richard Hall of the Bliss Hippy Folk Alliance, “Toney is the consummate singer-songwriter. His playing is solid, his voice is like velvet, and his song-writing is insightful and clever” Toney's songwriting is steeped in folk, blues, and rock influences. All shows are in the Wardsboro Town Hall Café, Main Street, Wardsboro, and feature excellent refreshments and BYOB. Doors open at 6:30, music begins at 7 pm. Admission is $10 at the door.
