Housekeeper (Room Attendant)

Description

This position plays an important role in executing the seamless guest experience in a tech forward hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, scrub, mop and vacuum floors
• Shampoo carpets, rugs and upholstery as needed
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated area
• Maintain health and sanitary requirements
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Inspect and clean rooms in preparation for guest arrival
• Perform other duties as assigned and requested to meet the needs of the property

Ideal Candidate

• Team player, hard worker, multi-tasker and detail oriented
• Genuine desire to be helpful: able to jump in and assist other departments when necessary
• Works cooperatively with others in all situations

Other Qualifications

• Experience in guest or customer service
• Flexible in schedule and willing to meet the needs of the property
• Ability to lift, pull, and push 25lbs

Salary

$17 – $18 per hour
