Starfire Bakery is a charming bakery offering freshly baked breads, croissants, cakes, and pastries.

Starfire Bakery was founded by Carolyn and Andrew. Carolyn has always loved baking—mixing dough and creaming butter. After meeting Andrew, who shares her love of both sweet and savory foods, they dreamed of opening their own bakery.

Over the years, we explored bakeries, tried new food spots, and spent late nights talking about our dreams. We’ve always been inspired by the Italian pastries in Boston’s North End and the rich flavors of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and European cuisine.

At Starfire Bakery, our goal is to share the things we love—combining technique with timeless comfort food. From the start, we’ve fallen in love with Vermont, especially the seasonal offerings New England provides. We hope you’ll experience the best of both worlds when you visit us.
