WW Building Supply- Retail Support

Retail support is the foundation of our business! Each and every employee has a role in retail support; many employees in the company started in this capacity as they learned our industry and gained expertise. As a relationship driven company, each customer is treated as an individual with unique needs requiring creative solutions. Retail support is the frontline as we greet each person and find out how we can help them.
– Work directly with customers who call or enter the store.
– Provide Point of Sale coverage and customer service in the retail environment.
– Handle cash, check and credit card transactions.
– Accurately scan and enter SKUs into our Point of Sale software system.
– Answer phones and basic product questions on a regular basis.
– Restock shelves each week, typically Wednesday and Friday.
– Clean and organize throughout the retail space and assist with labeling products.
– Other duties as needed among our team and as assigned.
