Wilmington Works Women's Weekend

Call your girlfriends and enjoy spending a day, an afternoon, the evening, or the whole weekend in Wilmington, VT! from hikes to wellness, shopping, dining, and a great concert at Memorial Hall, there is so much to do!

Start with a morning walk (meeting at the Reardon Bridge, just past Zoar Outdoor, at 9 am), have brunch or lunch in town, then make your way to the special in-store events our merchants are planning for you!

All special events are free and open to the public (21+ on wine, beer, or spirits tastings, of course):

- Guided morning walks leaving from Reardon Bridge (by Zoar Outdoor) 9 am Saturday and Sunday

- Wellness/fitness open house in the yurt, in back of 35 W. Main.

- Author event at Bartleby's Books, 2 pm

- Tasting of wine and local cheeses by women producers at Red Fox Shop, 2-5 pm Saturday

- Spirit and/or craft beer tasting at Ratu's, as well as delicious baked goods from Beurremont to sample and buy! Ratu's 3-6 pm Saturday

- Special shopping event at Pickwell's Barn, 3-5 pm Saturday

Of course, there are lots of brunch, lunch, dinner, and cocktail options in town!

Round out your day with drinks and dinner, then hit Memorial Hall at 8 pm to see two great women Jazz singers pay tribute to Nina Simone and Etta James! Tickets for the concert are $15 advance, $18 door. Tickets are available here! Click here for more information on the concert.

Unique to New England, Nine Pin Bowling can be found right here in the Valley at North Star Bowl along with arcade games and indoor putt putt.
