Barista

As a Barista, you are the face of our morning crew. You will craft high-quality espresso beverages, manage a busy morning rush with ease and positivity, and maintain a clean, beautiful cafe environment. Whether you are pouring a perfect cortado or serving up local baked goods, your goal is to deliver a consistently excellent experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities
– Craft Quality Beverages: Dial in espresso, steam milk to perfection, and build a variety of specialty coffee and tea drinks consistently and efficiently.
– Deliver Warm Hospitality: Greet regulars by name, welcome visitors, guide guests through our menu, and provide fast, friendly service.
– Manage Operations & Sales: Efficiently take orders and process payments through our POS system, ensuring accuracy during fast-paced morning rushes.
– Maintain Cafe Standards: Keep the espresso machine, grinders, bar area, and guest seating immaculate and fully stocked throughout your shift.
– Opening & Closing Duties: Set up the pastry case, prep morning items, and follow strict cleaning checklists to keep the bar running smoothly and safely.
