The Innkeeper is the heart of Big Bears Lodge. You are the first face a guest sees and the last one they thank on the way out. You are also the person who notices the boiler sounds wrong, the plow contractor missed the back lot, and the coffee urn is on its last legs — and handles all three before anyone else knows there was a problem.

This is a live-on-property (or very close proximity) role at a 25-key boutique hotel a quarter mile from the lifts at Mount Snow. You’ll greet guests, run breakfast, keep the property in excellent condition, coordinate vendors, and hold the standard when no one is looking. In a property this size, there is no layer between you and the guest experience. The reputation of the lodge and the profitability of the operation both run through this seat.

This is not a desk job, and it is not a seasonal gig. It’s a craft.
