Black Ember Grill

Black Ember Grill, located at 171 Vermont Route 100 in West Dover, Vermont, is a dining establishment specializing in wood-fired barbecue and contemporary American cuisine. Our menu features a variety of smoked meats, including Texas-style brisket, pulled pork, St. Louis-style spareribs, and smoked chicken. All served with traditional sides like cornbread, coleslaw, BBQ baked beans, and smoked gouda mac & cheese. In addition to our barbecue offerings, we provide a selection of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. We also cater to children with a dedicated kids’ menu and offer wide variety of decedant desserts.
