Spread across 32 acres in West Dover, Farm Road Estate boasts a variety of unique accommodations. There are 10 beautifully updated rooms inside the Historic and newly renovated Inn. Picturesque Cottages, many with wood-burning fireplaces, surround the Estate; The Cider House, The Farmhouse, The Spring House, and The Woodshed. The Villa and The Manor are large stunning homes that can accommodate friends and family for any occasion. All accommodations have access to the Heated Swimming Pool (May-Sept), Fishing Pond, Sports Court, Swimming Pond, Hiking Trails, and Deerfield River Walk access!

The Inn is home to our elevated Farm to Table restaurant “Sawmill Bar & Table” with Executive Chef Christopher Lauinge
