Bartender/Server

As a Bartender/Server, you will wear a few different hats. You aren’t just pouring drinks; you are a brand ambassador, a storyteller, and a hospitality pro. You’ll guide guests through our tap list, recommend pairings, handle fast-paced service with a smile, and ensure our space stays clean, safe, and inviting.

Key Responsibilities
– Deliver Top-Tier Hospitality: Welcome every guest warmly, guide them through our current draft and beverage offerings, and provide attentive, friendly service at the bar and tables.
– Master the Menu: Develop a deep understanding of our beer styles, brewing process, and food menu to enthusiastically answer guest questions and make recommendations.
– Maintain the Flow: Pour beers precisely, handle cash and POS transactions accurately (we use Toast), and keep a sharp eye on tab management.
– Keep It Clean & Safe: Maintain a pristine bar and seating area. Follow all Vermont DLC laws regarding responsible alcohol service, checking IDs diligently.
– Be a Team Player: Side-work is part of the gig. You’ll help with opening/closing duties, restocking glassware, changing kegs, and stepping in wherever needed to support your teammates.
