Social Media Storyteller at Sprague Construction

Our growing Southern Vermont construction team is looking for a Part-Time Social Media Assistant who’s as comfortable on a job site as they are on an editing app. You’ll be our “boots on the ground,” visiting active sites daily to document our craftsmanship and capture that perfect “final reveal” shot. You will act as our primary photographer and videographer, identifying content opportunities on the fly without needing a script. You’ll turn raw footage into high-energy Reels while writing captions that are as solid as our builds. Beyond the creative, you’ll partner with our Social Media Manager to brainstorm new campaigns and track what our audience loves through basic monthly reporting. We are looking for someone with an expert eye for photography and mobile editing. You must own a modern, professional-grade smartphone and your own portable lighting. A valid driver’s license is required for daily site visits, along with excellent communication skills and a knack for digital storytelling. While not required, a background in construction or interior design is a huge plus!
