Deerfield Valley Email Signup Contest — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN
1. Eligibility:
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Contest Period:
The contest begins on July 28, 2025 and ends on October 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via the official contest signup form located at visitvermont.com/where-vermonting-begins/ Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a two-night stay in the Deerfield Valley, valued up to $750. The stay must be at a registered inn or hotel located in the Deerfield Valley. Airbnb, VRBO and other vacation rental platform properties are excluded. Prize includes accommodations only; transportation, meals, taxes, and other incidental expenses are not included.
- Prize must be redeemed by October 12, 2026.
- Reservations are subject to availability.
- The winner is responsible for coordinating their stay with an approved lodging provider.
5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The drawing will take place on or about October 15, 2025.
The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time or is found to be ineligible, a new winner may be selected.
6. General Conditions:
By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce, which are final.
The Southern Vermont Deerfield Valley Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the contest.
7. Privacy:
Email addresses collected through this contest will be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Participants may opt out of future emails at any time.
