Picnic in the Park Village Stroll
Join us for a delightful summer evening in downtown Wilmington! On Saturday, July 12th from 5:00-7:00PM, we’re spreading out picnic blankets and bringing the community together.
What to bring?
Bring your own picnic basket or grab a bite to eat from one of our amazing downtown restaurants. Then head over to Memorial Hall Lawn and find a spot to relax and enjoy the evening.
Got an antique car?
We’d love to see it! Cruise downtown and park your antique car along Main Street—it’ll add some classic charm to the evening and make the stroll even more special.
What to Expect?
Picnic & relaxation : Enjoy the evening on the lawn with friends, family, and good eats.
Lemonade Stand: Cool off with a cup of refreshing lemonade.
Teddy Bear story time at Bartleby’s (5:15PM): Bring your favorite stuffed friend for a “beary” fun story session! Lawn Games & Crafts: Head to the library lawn for lawn games and creative pinwheel-making—fun for all ages.
